The realm physician chamber became by the realm physician order from 13 December 1935 (RGBl. I P. 1433) production.

Thus the German physician association federation and the hard man federation were dissolved. Legal successors became the again created realm physician chamber and the cash-medical combination of Germany.

Forerunner

As forerunners the 1872 created "“German physician association federation"” (general association physicians "“really"” approbierten) can be regarded.

The Leipziger physician Hermann Hartmann would send an open letter to the medical profession with the request on 25 July 1900 to organize itself. The "“defense association of the physicians of Germany for the keeping of their interests of condition"” is created on 13 September 1900. In first drafting of a statute however the name "“federation of the physicians of Germany was specified for the keeping of its economic interests"”. Until 1924 were generally used the short form "“Leipziger federation"”.

1913 are closed "“citizens of Berlin the agreement"” between "“Leipziger federation"” and the large cash federations. It regulates the relationship between physicians and health insurance companies.

1931 develops for preliminary stages of the today's cash-medical combinations: the hard man federation closes a contract with the most important health insurance company federations. It came into force on 1 January 1932. The "“law over the cash-medical combination of Germany (KVD)"” from 2 August 1933 replaces the local KVen formed by the hard man federation, which become a body of public right. The German physician association federation and the National Socialist German physician federation are united.

Dissolution

1945 are dissolved the "“realm physician chamber"” and the "“cash-medical combination of Germany"” by the control council resolution.

Follow-up

1946 is again created the "“working group of West German physician chambers"” and the "“working group of the national places of the cash-medical combinations in the west zones"”.
