The regulation over aviation personnel (LuftPersV) regulates the training and Lizenzierung of aviation personnel in Germany. It is arranged as follows:

  • Private airplane leader
  • Occupation pilot 1. Class
  • Glider leader
  • Air sport equipment leader
  • Free balloon leader
  • Flight technician on helicopters at the police of the federation and the countries
  • Authorizations (aerobatics, Schleppflug, Wolkenflug, for strewing and spraying materials and passenger authorization for air sport equipment leader, training authorization)
• Second section
  • Examiner
  • Release-entitled personnel
  • Air service advisor
  • Manager of traffic certification-requiring flight models and other traffic certification-requiring aviation equipment
• Third section
  • of the training
  • Proof of aeronautical and technical conditions
  • Examinations
  • Competent authorities
