A repatriation agreement or a cancelling agreement is an international-law contract between two countries, which regulates the feedback, thus the deportation or classification of illegal immigrants between two countries.

Germany has a multiplicity of different repatriation agreements. By the Schengener agreements were omitted some the repatriation agreements.

The differences between the repatriation agreements between Spain and Italy are remarkable. While Spain (see Ceuta) can prove Italy illegal immigrants had no repatriation agreements again, if no reason exists to the asylum.
