The right service law (law over right services out of court, RDG) is to replace the legal advice law (RBerG), is present however at present only as discussion draft of the Federal Ministry of the law from 6 September 2004. It would make possible among other things also the possibility of the legal advice for corporate lawyers of professional schools and/or - service. The moreover it would however not be allowed to exercise the promotion consultation as well as the business startup consultation from the legal advice regulation to exempt, since management consultants would be undoubted for this the more competent partners attorneys, this activity.

The right service law was placed in the coalition contract in question, formulated therein that to the status quo was to be held.
