Roger Frugardi (also Rogerius, Ruediger Frutgard, Rogerius Salernitanus, Roger asking pool of broadcasting corporations, Roggerio Frugardo, Rogerus de Parma or Roggerio dei Frugardi mentioned) (* about 1140; "† 1195) were a lombardischer Wundarzt and surgeon from Salerno.

The crusades brought many wounded ones with itself. The surgery stopped only with Rogers "“Practica chirurgiae"” being a bare handicraft. It is the oldest surgical writing of the Christian culture area and decreases/goes back (just like the "“Chirurgia"” of Jamatus (Jamerius) from Salerno, end of the 12.Jhdts.) on Constantinus.
