Yard advice Samuel God-dear from bird (* 1750 in Thuringia; "† 1837) were a German physician. It is considered as a father of the German seaside resort.

Bird began its medicine study in Goettingen at the age of 14 years, attained a doctorate 1771 and habilitierte themselves 1776. First it practiced later as a physician in Goettingen in Ratzeburg. It publishes several medicine books.

1789 it was appointed as the professor of the medical faculty of the University of Rostock. 1793 it convinces the Mecklenburgian duke Friedrich Franz I. of Mecklenburg Schwerin of the welfare strength of a seaside resort on which the seaside resort holy dam was based
