The senior Enlisted Advisor ton the Chairman OF the Joint Chiefs OF Staff (SEAC) is the highest-ranking NCO of US armed forces and Haupberater of the chairman of the united general staff (Chairman OF the joint chiefs OF Staff) in questions those the NCO corps of the armed forces, particularly in the range of the mixed group operations, concerns.
