The central administration of the Siemens cleaner works followed 1943 from Berlin to attaining, since in Berlin because of the war no arranged working was more possible. Attain however enjoyed the status of a military hospital city and remained exempted from larger destruction. 1947 were shifted the total seat of the SRW after attaining and begun with the building of a new Roentgen work, since the x-ray tubes AG in Thuringia had been expropriated by the Russians and explained as the state-owned enterprise.

The distributing organization inland, which had suffered heavily from the war, was rapidly again developed. Also abroad, in particular in South America, an expanded sales network was created, after the foreign offices had been lost because of the war.

1 October 1966 the entire business the Siemens & Halske became AG, which transfers Siemens Schuckert works and the SRW into the Siemens AG. The medicine-technical range firmierte now under the name "„Siemens AG, Werner work for medical technology "“. In the course of a general restructuring the Werner work was renamed 1969 in "„Siemens division medical technology - UB Med "“and renamed 2001 in "„Medical Solutions "“.
