The Simmering Graz Pauker AG (SGP) was one of the most important Austrian machine and engine factories 20. Century. It resulted to AG from fusion of the Viennese Paukerwerke with the machine and building of railroad cars factory AG Simmering and the Grazer daring and Waggonfabriks. After that 2. World war was the company by the majority in government property and had a widely distributed network of international offices and branches in Asia, South America and Europe, with several thousand coworkers.

Emphasis was among other things in the turbine construction, Waggone and locomotives for the sets for the Viennese and Grazer of transporting enterprises (streetcar, underground (of "“silver arrows"”), rapid-transit railway). The company experienced a rapid growth into the 1960er and 70's to center 80's.

Beginning of the 1990er years sold the state its portions to the Siemens AG. The company was resumed after it still a few years as "“siemens SGP traffic engineering"”, this name disappeared however around the turn of the century. At present the former factories of SGP are part of the company "“Siemens Transportation of system Austria"”.
