Simson Supra is a passenger car model of the company Simson.

Starting from 1923 in the Thuringian Suhl the resident company Simson car of the luxury class manufactured, among them also the series "“Simson Supra S.0 " and "“Simson Supra S"” with different-body-developed, which carried city names for marking, e.g. "“Karlsruhe"”. Automobile production was terminated 1934auf reason of the world economic crisis.

The automobiles are designed solid and offer one-innovative characteristic: already starting from 1923 one those prepared series "“Supra"” in series with a cultivated and-strong 8-Zylindermotor with four-valve technology out one finesse, which should be animated only 60 years later again, particularly by Japanese manufacturers.

Also on the racing courses of Europe the "“Supra"” provided for sensation, because it won nearly each road running in the subsequent years; those at that time liked mountain running were its speciality.

After today's level of knowledge (2003) only few Simson Supras remained received, for however no of the legendary four-valve engines. Some that vehicle condition itself in the hand of only one collecting tank, a large German actor, who among other things made itself in series like "“favourite cross mountain"” a name (Manfred jug).
