In the single diagrammes the budgetary appropriations (incomes, expenditures, commitment authorizations, permanent posts and places) are estimated. Hereunder applies in principle the Ministerialprinzip. A single diagramme is assigned each department. For certain fields the material principle is used. Thus the federal debt forms its own single diagramme.
