Structural adjustment measure among other things are measures for the preservation and improvement of the environment, whose carrier could be promoted by the Federal Institution for work until 31 December 2002 ("§"§ 272 FF. SGBIII). A condition is that 1) the structural adjustment measure contributes to create new jobs which are necessary for the reconciliation of losses of one's job, 2) by the labour office assigned promotion-needy employees to be adjusted.
