A system list is an exercise within a group meeting offered in seminar form and the generic term for different list formats, is the most well-known of which the family list. The proceeding is common to all list formats that persons as so-called representatives a designation - (in the sense of "“representative for"…"”) - to be received, in the area set up and in the course of a process work after your perception within the set up system be asked. Basic conditions

System lists are usually offered in seminar form as group meeting with at least 8 participants, since for the execution of a list generally several persons are needed as so-called representatives.

Preliminary discussion and format choice

Before beginning of a list the person, who asked for a list to a certain clarifying request, is interviewt by the seminar leader (in the presence of the other participants) to the request. Purpose of this interview is it to get to know the system belonging to the request (organization, person's group, goals, problems,"…) and system borders so that the seminar leader from the descriptions can specify the number and selection of representative designations necessary for the system list.

After the entrance interview the seminar leader selects a format for the list. The format can be generally an organization list or a family list and in the special one one of the structure list formats. The ensemble and/or the selection of the representative designations of a list and with structure lists if necessary also standards in the proceeding is called list format.

The format choice and execution of a list are clarified (to the better illustration) by the example of an organization list. Assumed an enterprise has a difficult Kundenbeziehung to a certain individual customer, without the cause for it - apart from itself, obviously groundless complaints or objections always repeating - would be evident or rationally explainable. In the entrance interview by the seminar leader one clarifies, which persons, departments, products or services in relationship to this customer and/or clarifying request to stand. For each element of this system (e.g.: Customer, sales representative, product, production manager, management"…) is selected a representative from the present participants.

Set up

The client selects a seminar participant for each representative position. Each participant, who let itself be selected for this list, represents (therefore it the name representative) one the system part taker specified above. The participant, who has the clarifying request, sets up the selected representatives wordless i.e. without commentating and collected (i.e. attentively and/or eight-SAM) in the area. The degrees of freedom for the positioning are thereby place and the line of sight.

Questioning and interventions

The selected representatives, who do not have any previous knowledge over the material system (in that they now a representative role hold), are asked after a short phase of appearing after changes of their perception.

Perceptions can be thereby:

  • Changes in the body feeling (warmth, cold weather, weight in the member masses"…)
  • Feelings of affiliation, distance, proximity from other representatives in the system
  • sudden impulses to want to change the position in the system spatially
  • unexpected trains of thought and ideas regarding the set up system
  • Emotions of annoyance, easement, unrest, expectations, load and/or burden"…

However to the representatives no expectation is near-carried to furnish or inevitably a perception change to feel in possibly a way result or an achievement and quite also occurs in such a way it that individual representatives received a role, which exhibits so-called weak dynamics, with which the representative hardly or no perception change experience - while extremely clear perception changes other representatives of the same list can feel.

The seminar leader can also change the position of the representatives for the development of a so-called solution picture in the course of a process work (the representatives to change over) and sentences to give and the effect of these interventions on the set up system to explore. A solution picture is, after process work, e.g. then found, if everyone the system part taker from system-loading symptoms are free, a strong place in the system found and the system part takers in more meaningful i.e. constructional way to communicate with one another and/or interact.

To separate for the end of the list the representatives of the list leader explicitly (i.e. expressis to) requested "“entrollen themselves"” i.e. from from their representative roles to to out-step from the field of the list and identify themselves again with their independent and individual personality. Observations and interpretation

These effects (in the form of perception changes), which reproducibly in lists arise, the term of the representing perception are named. With the system lists it is to be observed that the representatives in in such a way set up system make statements (can), which can to come the statements of the material system close and to make and in this way an assistance for the client as Entscheider and participants in the material system represent so intuitively often stimmige (and thus informative) statements about Dynamiken of the material system. For the set up representatives it is generally well recognizable that and/or if the perceptions are to be assigned not to them but the system and the role, since they are directed on the one hand toward an element of the system and if they belong in particular not to their own usual experience spectrum. On the other hand it occasionally also occurs that representatives for a list receive a similar representative role as it it also in their own life situation frequently hold and so that out its own life situation experiences or sample lets bring in and thus an unwanted overlay of the perceptions in the list develop. Experienced list leaders become the representative in this case - which can be in general not easily recognized by outstanding ones - to exchange. An against-intimate and/or the choice of for the role atypical representative (e.g. persons as representatives for rather spontaneously working persons can be meaningful from this aspect.

In addition, the case that a representative from its role does not attach one to another representative in the system this role appropriate meaning (and/or notices) comes forwards and can as in the list manifesting and to the system a transmission phenomenon belonging to interpreted, to be worked on and with a suitable process work be dissolved.

Task of the seminar leader is it to work with these statements of the representatives and compile for that and/or with the seminar participant a solution type.
