Quality seal, quality seal differs only gradually, likewise the again-German label from test seal. In my opinion descriptor (quality) could function as major items.

Test seals and/or test characters give information over certain quality criteria such as environmental compatibility, ergonomics, radiation poverty and other one.

Test seals are to supply quality references. The recommendations of some organizations like the Swedish TCO or the jury symbol for environmental protection are considered in the meantime as standards. Since there are many seals on the market, one should pay attention as buyers exactly to it, who assigns her and how its observance is controlled.

Test characters can be differentiated above all according to by whom they are assigned (by an independent place or by the manufacturer) and on which basis the examinations are accomplished (or particularly developed standards, e.g. DIN standards test bases).

• Environmental quality seal for alpine association huts
• Tooth male for tooth-friendly food

No test character is the CE-indication. Hereby a manufacturer explains only that he keeps all relevant requirements from EEC guidelines for his product.
