The turnover rate of the stock is a characteristic number of stock management. It indicates, how often the average stock of a product was taken and replaced in a fixed period completely out of a camp. It can concern thereby both around raw materials or auxiliary materials, which are continued to process in the own enterprise, and finished products, which are sold. A high turnover rate is generally aimed at, since the storage from economical view represents bound capital, which is not to the enterprise at the disposal.
