The university's building promotion law (HBFG) is one of the points, in which the federation through-crosses the education formation of the countries somewhat and for larger investment projects of the universities means makes available. After the HBFG, also the expenditures for the procurement in the outline plan for the university's building of the major items of equipment for training and research, proven, belong to the development and new building separately by universities, if the costs of the individual equipment including accessories exceed 125,000 euro with universities and 75,000 euro with all other universities.
