Ursus is the usually-sold beer in Romania, by its small price and respected taste opposite imported beer. It is brewed for 125 years and under the advertising slogan regulates berii Romnia (the king of the beer in Romania) driven out. It is manufactured in Cluj Napoca. Ursus is manufactured of the Compania de Bere Romania SA, these again belonged to English SAB Miller the PLC, one of the world-wide largest brewing companies.

2003 sponserte Ursus the Romanian Everest expedition.
