William Boericke (* 26 November 1849 in Asch; " 1 April 1929 in San Francisco) was an important US-American
William Boericke studied about one year long in Vienna medicine before it into the USA emigrierte and in Ohio established themselves. It continued its medicine study at the cock man Medical college in Philadelphia and put there 1880 down the exam. Subsequently, it went to San Francisco and worked there almost 50 years as a physician. With his Mrs. Kate Fey, a woman from new England had Boericke of five sons and two daughters (twins). It died at a cardiac infarct.
Dr. William Boericke was joint founder of the Pacific Homoeopathic Medical college OF San Francisco and cock man of the hospital and in such a way became he a first professor for Materia medica and therapy at the university of California. This Professur exercised it 30 years. Later Boericke translated the 6. Edition of cock man Organon in English. Its pocket manual, was published by his brother, Dr. Oskar Boericke.
